Events for 2010
21st March County Connection chorus together with our Quartet and Octet, will be performing
at St. Peter's Church in Duxford.
15th February County Connection handed over a cheque for £310.00 to Macmillan Cancer Support.
This donation was from proceeds obtained during sing-outs in 2009.
18th January
County Connection held 3 singing workshop evenings on consecutive Mondays,
commencing 18th January.
This event was a great success. A good number of people attended and we are
happy to welcome several new members to our chorus as a result.
Events for 2009
12th December Singing in the Grand Arcade
21st July 2009 One of our basses - Barbara Baker - celebrated her 80th Birthday.
The chorus wish her a wonderful year.
County Connection competed in the Region 31 International Ladies Barbershop
Competition at the Sage, Gateshead. Our quartet 'Footlights' were also competing.
A great time was had by all!
Events in 2008
December 10thCounty Connection sang in the 'Grand Arcade' Cambridge
as part of the lead-up to Christmas. It was freezing!!
